AFT – Acoustic Freezing Technology is an innovative company that developed a patented method of freezing food using acoustic technology. Unlike traditional freezing methods that create large ice crystals and damage the internal structure of food, AFT’s system forms fine ice crystals that preserve the product's original texture, taste, and color. This technology maintains the food’s fresh-like appearance even after defrosting.
To design an interface that reflects the innovation behind the freezing process, while remaining understandable for operators and potential clients. The UI needed to educate users on how AFT preserves food without compromising its structure.
Food production companies, cold storage providers, and premium food distributors seeking to maintain high product quality after freezing.
